The company I work for hired Marks Gray P.A. to handle my H1-B case. Their team did a fantastic job in keeping track of all the required documents, regularly communicated, and eventually got everything done way ahead of time. I didn't have to worry about anything because whenever I spoke with them I ...got the feeling that they know the process really well and they did! Really professional, diligent and completely transparent about the entire process. Giselle and her team conducted a webinar as well which was really helpful. However, it'd be highly beneficial if the webinar happened before the entire process is initiated. Initially, I was a bit overwhelmed with all the documents required for this process but once the webinar happened, all of that made sense. Furthermore, the documents provided should be generalized, as not everyone would belong to the same profile category. They were definitely helpful for me but probably not for someone else who belongs from a different domain. These are my only suggestions. Everything else with Giselle and her team was fantastic and would definitely recommend her!

I have been working with Giselle Carson and her incredible team for 5 years now! I came to this country initially on a J-1 work visa, thinking I would be here for just a year. Four months in my employer asked if I would like to stay on longer as an employee with the potential to grow within the busin...ess. At the time, it was less than a month until H1-B visa applications were due. My employer knew Giselle and contacted her. Giselle and her team worked tirelessly to get everything ready and thankfully my H1-B visa was approved. Since then we have had a successful renewal of my H1-B and are now in the middle of my Green Card adjustment of status process since getting married last year. During my visit to Ireland last year to visit my family I ran into an unexpected issue at the US Embassy in Dublin. My H1-B application was withheld with the potential of my return to the US in major jeopardy. Giselle and her team worked tirelessly and I was extremely thankful after a very stressful period for me and my family I got the approval I needed to get back to the US. The current Green Card process has been a grind too with the current immigration climate but they have never given up and looked at every option to push my application through the system. Thankfully last week we received confirmation of a successful EAD and now we await the final stages of my Green Card approval. I would highly recommend anyone to Giselle Carson and have done on numerous occasions when people have asked me about my experience. Consistent communication and sharing of information has made this a great relationship and I look forward to continuing to work with her in the future.
