I started working with Giselle and her immigration team about 5 years ago. I was referred to Giselle by a friend of mine who was another very happy client. After graduating college in the U.S she successfully helped me, a professional athlete, and my sponsor obtain a P1 visa. After five years of be...ing on the P1 visa she recently helped me renew my P1 visa which added another 5 years on to my status. A few years ago I was on an H-1B Visa working for a consulting company. The company hired bargain, disengaged lawyers with whom I never met to file for my Green Card. These lawyers botched my application resulting in a slew of complications which would have resulted in me having to leave the countr...y permanently were it not for Giselle. I switched companies and lawyers and Giselle personally worked with me and my new employer to transfer my H-1B, resolve the issues from the previous filing, and submit a proper filing for my Green Card. Throughout the re-filing process I was in constant contact with Giselle and her team which was extremely reassuring given the potential for a dire outcome. My Green Card was eventually approved and Giselle then filed for my spouse's. Giselle also worked with my brother, my cousin, and their respective employers to file their H-1B's.
