Dishonest & Unreliable

My ex was one of those people that enjoyed making false charges and filing false documents, which Ann initially proved over and over, but in the midst of this high conflict divorce/custody case, she decided to stop litigating and only do mediations, leaving my child's life in jeopardy. Instead of fi...nishing what she started, she forced me to hire a new attorney. Everything she had been through with us, needed to be expressed/explained to new counsel which must have seemed exaggerated since they were not a party to it like Ann had been. I was informed she was no longer litigating by a secretary who stated in a BTW manner that I would need to retain new counsel. I was told "You know she is no longer litigating and you need to hire a new attorney, right?" It was devastating to me and after talking to her at great length, she stated she would finish matters related to custody. She did not however, and handed the case to her husband. A divorce/custody battle can be traumatic enough but to be deserted by your attorney that has seen all the ex's antics for 3 years...It was despicable and most unprofessional. If she returns to practicing law, DON NOT HIRE HER. She just may decide to stop litigating again and dismiss you with a simple "BTW, I'm sorry."

Magnificent!

Ann has been representing our family since 2007. She has always gone above and beyond for us. She always has our best interests in mind. I try to let her know on a regular basis how much her hard work and dedication has helped our family in so many ways. She is the hardest working attorney I have eve...r known. She is AWESOME in mediation and in court. We absolutely love her and will continue to refer friends and family to her.

Not just another lawyer....she's one of the best!

One couldn't ask for better representation when needing an attorney. Ann's work ethic, knowledge and staff proved to be a winning combination when we needed help the most. If your legal issues are important to you...then you want to hire Ann Krueger Smith. Thanks again Ann.

mediation

Ann and my attorney both pressured me into signing papers to agree to what my ex wanted. they kept using my son as an excuse to get this over with. they told me a judge would take my son away repeatedly so i signed. i dont like this lady she used and played me constantly in that room. there is no tel...ling what she told me ex and his wife and their attorney when she went in there. i dont trust any mediators.

Excellent Lawyer

Ann was able to keep me calm and focused on the goals during the divorce and not letting my emotions get in the way. She was able to really cut through the bull and give it to me straight.
