As a Probate and Estate Planning attorney, I help clients with estate administration, and the preparation of advance directives.  Advance directives are Powers of Attorney, Wills and Trusts, Living Wills, Preneed Guardian Declarations and Health Care Surrogate Declarations.   

As a Real Estate attorney, I provide representation in most real estate matters, including commercial and residential.  This representation includes home and business purchase and sales, preparation of contracts, closings, and issuance of title insurance. 

I also represent persons and survivors in personal injury, negligence and wrongful death cases. 

I provide assistance and guidance to other personal injury attorneys in opening estates in order to have a personal representative appointed who can serve as the plaintiff in a lawsuit.  I also assist other personal injury attorneys in opening guardianships and obtaining approval of settlements (including structured settlements) involving minors or incapacitated persons.   I assist in the creation of Special Needs Trusts when necessary to avoid the interruption of governmental benefits due to the receipt of a personal injury recovery.
