Jonathan H. Goodman

Jon Goodman is a seasoned Jacksonville attorney with more than four decades of experience serving individuals and families throughout Northeast Florida. A Jacksonville native, Mr. Goodman has built his practice on providing practical, personalized legal guidance to clients navigating important life and financial decisions. He has practiced law from the Westside Jacksonville office for many years, developing long-standing relationships within the community and earning the trust of generations of clients.

Mr. Goodman focuses his practice on probate and estate planning, helping clients prepare wills, trusts, powers of attorney, living wills, and other advance directives designed to protect their wishes and provide peace of mind for their families. He regularly advises personal representatives through the probate process and assists families in administering estates efficiently and responsibly.

In addition to estate planning and probate, Mr. Goodman represents clients in real estate transactions and personal injury matters. He also works with other attorneys in complex injury cases to establish guardianships, open estates, and create various Trusts specialized to each client’s unique situation.
