Beth Luna really did a fantastic job with my divorce. It was unfortunately an extremely messy one with restraining orders, difficulty having the second party sign papers and worse a child was involved. Beth was able to help with absolutely everything, she is a skilled attorney and an attorney with ...real feelings. It is still unusual for a father to gain full custody of his daughter, but she was able to do this through her knowledge of law and experience. I had the unfortunate need to hire Beth for a recent divorce. On our first consultation I was a wreck I was ending my marriage and I had small children. I had no idea what the state would allow me to do or if I could even move out with my kids. Beth was upfront with me and explained the law clearly... and what local courts tend to rule on. She was super beneficial in calming my nerves, making me feel very comfortable and at ease. Beth was very informative as well as knowledgeable with my case and the local law. She always put me at ease and kept me informed as well as up to date with my case. Divorce is not easy at all and you will never get 100% of what you truly want but she helped me get what was fair at the time. Her staff was also amazing and at some points held my hand on those awful days things didn't go my way in court. They made what was such a stressful time in my life go by as easy as it could. Beth Luna is an amazingly generous person and an excellent lawyer who worked diligently on my case from start to finish. My case was VERY complex and involved international issues under the Hague. Even though we didn't see eye to eye on our choice of college football teams!, Beth always had her eye on what we hired her for, custody of my daughter! Beth came highly recommended to my current wife and I by a friend of ours who had hired her himself. Beth was very personable, and very knowledgeab...le of the laws related to our situation and explained them to us so that we could understand easily. Beth told us an estimated amount that she thought it would cost us and worked with us on our retainer fee. We accrued more than her estimate when things were said and done, but she was kind enough to allow us to make monthly payments and we never felt pressured at all to pay the bill in full. I fell upon hard times during this time and would notify Beth and her staff that I either would be late on a payment or would not be able to make the payment in full, never once did they pressure me or give me a guilt trip about not being able to pay. Then one day, out of the blue, a call, it’s Beth’s office!. Beth on the other end says "I'd like to wish you and your family a Merry Christmas and I'll be taking care of the remainder of your bill." What??? Yup! All in all our case was a success and never did we feel like it wasn't about our case. Never did we ever think it was about the money! I could recommend Beth for a number of reasons, but the main reason would have to be because we were made to feel like our case was her only one. She knew our file inside and out and handled herself like the true professional that she is in the court room. Go see her, you won't be disappointed!
