I'm writing this review 5 years since my experience with Bob to let anyone in the throws of a family dispute how much of a difference he's made in my new life. These issues are complex and I found myself in a mental tempest of trying to "move on" yet at the same time making sure I had the tools and r...esources to do so. Bob immediately made me feel like I could stand up for myself and my children, despite the common and flawed wisdom that family courts are not fair to men. Well Bob rolled up his sleeves and kept a strong position with the other side and did an equally great job of wrangling his client- which is something you'll need... Bob understands the all the interplay of custody, finances, emotions and then puts them into the right compartments while forging ahead. If you really want someone to stand up for you and do the right things in the worst moment so you can have a healthy next chapter then I would wholeheartedly recommend Bob Cerceo. Bob is an exceptional family law attorney. A straight shooter who knows the law and will work hard with your best interest in mind. Do not doubt his judgement. From the very start, he informed me of the law specific to my case, what were potential outcomes, and his recommended course of action. ...I got everything I asked for. My situation was a little out of ordinary as my divorce took place 25 years ago, and I needed to address the military retirement clause. Additionally, when I started the proceedings, I lived in another state and during the case moved overseas for my career. Bob did not mind. Bob, and his assistant Tara kept me informed during all aspects of the case. I would ask for Bob's representation again without hesitation. He has earned my trust and respect. You can do no better. Hire Bob and you will not be disappointed. As a matter of fact, you will be overwhelmed with his abilities.

With Bob’s guidance and help, I successfully modified the custody agreement set out in my original divorce decree. The process itself brings a significant level of stress and anxiety. However, Bob’s calm and professional demeanor as well as his get-it-done attitude consistently kept things in focus.... From the initial consultation, I had confidence in his advice and his answers to my questions. It was a relief to know that Bob was strongly advocating for my rights. I had numerous questions throughout the process and Bob was always prompt to reply, often at all hours of the day. I felt we established an excellent rapport. My only regret was not engaging Bob when I originally divorced. I would have fared much better with him in my corner. I could not have achieved the desired changes to my custody and visitation schedule that were needed due to a move to a new school district which came with a different school calendar without Bob and his assistant's expertise. They were prompt in letting me know what I could do to help speed the proc...ess up, as well as save me some billable hours, which I very much appreciated. Bob also was intrigal in making sure I was able to collect the child support funds that my children were entitled to. Bob was professional and yet appropriately aggressive to get the results I desired when it came time to sit in front of a judge. I appreciate his hard work and thorough knowledge of the family and custody law as it stands in the state of Nevada. Bob being licensed in both Clark and Washoe county was also important to me and I view it as another benefit of having Bob and his staff on your side. The one time I was not pleased with something, Bob went out of his way to make sure it was resolved almost immediately.
