Biography
Andrew Bonderud is an attorney who practices all throughout Florida and Tennessee. He is a skilled litigator and trial attorney who has experience representing clients in state and federal court, from the inception of a case through trial and appeals. He earned his bachelor of arts from Vanderbilt University, graduating with high honors, and then served four years as a US Navy Surface Warfare Officer. Following his naval service, he earned a law degree from Boston College Law School. His first job after law school was working for the legal team of Mitt Romney's 2012 presidential campaign. Andrew began practicing law in Jacksonville, FL in 2013. Since then, he has expanded the scope of his practice, not only geographically, but also by representing a variety of clients in a multitude of diverse disputes. This experience is important, because many cases present complex circumstances with overlapping subject matters. Andrew began his practice, focusing on criminal defense, federal civil rights and constitutional litigation. He has since expanded his practice to include family law, business and commercial litigation, labor and employment litigation, landlord-tenant litigation, bankruptcy and bankruptcy litigation, personal injury litigation, maritime litigation, and consumer rights litigation. Excellent Experience
I had a wonderful experience working with Andrew and his team. He assisted me with a dispute related to my daughter's landlord not living up to our lease agreement. He was extremely responsive and professionally handled a precarious situation. I'd definitely use them again if I need legal support.

State (Florida) v. Argueta
After my client was charged with 3 counts of vehicular homicide, I successfully negotiated a plea agreement, whereby my client pled guilty to the reduced charge of driving without a license (a misdemeanor) and was sentenced to time-served.
USA v. Kiraly, et al.
My client faced significant exposure as the alleged ring-leader of a debit card skimming conspiracy. I negotiated a favorable plea agreement for my client, and he was sentenced to a prison term that was below his advisory sentencing guidelines range.
USA v. Miller, et al.
I obtained dismissal of the healthcare fraud conspiracy. My client is still charged with paying and receiving healthcare kickbacks, and the case is set for jury trial in 2023.
USA v. Perez, et al.
This multi-defendant case, which involves the charge of conspiracy to commit healthcare fraud, will proceed to a 6-week jury trial in 2023.
