Competent, professional, customer service orientated

Chris Burns is a very knowledgeable attorney that helped me following my cycling injury. I can’t say enough about his skills and would recommend him to anyone in need of legal assistance

Compassionate Litigation Lawyer

Chris Burns is an excellent litigation attorney all around. He is well known as a great bike accident attorney but Chris helped me tremendously with my difficult litigation case that was not bike related. Chris kept me informed almost daily of what was happening with my case. I rarely needed t...o call him with questions because he very thorough with his updates. He is very professional yet someone I was very comfortable with and could really relate to. I totally trusted that Chris always had MY best interest at hand through the entire process. Of all the attorneys and law firms I could have chosen (and there are many) I know that Chris Burns was definitely the right attorney to take care of me and handle my difficult case. As I stated above my case was not bike related and he still took it and got me a result that I was very happy with. I must also acknowledge Lauren Marble who is Chris Burns Legal Assistant. She has the same great ethics that Chris has and was a real pleasure to deal with. Both Chris and Lauren took excellent care of me and I can’t say enough great things about them.

Great Bike Accident Attorney

Chris Burns and his team were absolutely great throughout my entire case. Chris was very straight with me from the very beginning, letting me know my rights and how the process could turn out. He never wanted to provide false hope and was very professional at all times. From of our first conversation... he had my trust and I knew this guy and his team had my best interest in mind. Like a good friend, not always telling you want you want to hear but what you need to hear. My case was expected to last about 3 months but for various reasons it lasted nearly 9 months. Which was unfortunate but I knew they were doing what they could. Something that may seem strange was the little communication throughout the process. There were only a few phone calls throughout the whole process and the rest via email (which I was very happy with since it's easier to respond to emails throughout the day than take phone calls). Overall, even though it was unfortunate to have to seek a Bike Accident Attorney, I couldn't be happier than finding Chris and his team. If you are considering him, you definitely won't be regret it. Best of Luck.

"Chris is a remarkable man. He sees every case through to the finish line. This Vanderbilt grad has exceptionally handled hundreds of bicycle accident cases for more than 25 years. He champions the rights of wrongfully injured cyclists. He is an active member of the Jacksonville Bicycle Pedestrian Advisory Committee and the Florida Bicycle Association. Not only does he advocate cycling, he’s competed in cycling and triathlon events, to include portions of the Tour de France! I endorse this lawyer."
