Competent. Efficient. On top of her game

Ms. Maxey is the attorney you want if you want to be confident you have hired someone who knows what they are doing. From the first meeting you will be guided by an attorney that knows the ins and outs of the legal minefield you are entering. She will guide you every step of the way. If you follow he...r instructions exactly, you will not have anything to worry about, i.e. running up costs. She is methodical and prepared and knows exactly what she is doing. It is comforting to have such a professional there by you every step of the way.

Detailed, Caring, Professional

Mrs. Maxey is the best! She had represented my sister's EX-husband during their divorce and did such a great job for her EX against her....my sister recommended that I use her. I am so glad that I hired her. When I mentioned that to her, she laughed, and said that is pretty typical. Mrs. Maxey wa...s very detailed in explaining every step of my divorce. She gave me a lot of "homework" to keep my costs and attorney fees down--and it worked! Each time we went to Court she explained what would happen and exactly what would be the outcome...and she was always right! I felt like she really cared about my case and it was obvious by how detailed and thorough she was. Sometimes I felt like she knew more about me and my spouse and children then we did! Mrs. Maxey always took the time to talk to me when I was upset or scared or just plain frustrated. It was obvious how well respected she was. It was unbelievable how unprepared the other attorney was compared to her...I ALMOST felt sorry for them.
