Sue Yoeman

Ms. Bennett always made time for me and my case. She always returned my calls and emails. Even though I was very worried about the future of my case...She alwasy gave me reasonable expectations. What is great about Ms. Bennett is that the results (I have used her twice now) always exceed my expect...ations. Her honesty is something that is very rare. She has true heart and I believe she really care for my situation and family. I really appreciated how focused she was in Court and how she never, ever dropped the ball. Ms. Bennett was always very clear on what was going to happen in my case. From the initial consult, she told me what we were going to do step by step and she even told me what would happen depending on different contingencies. Ms. Bennett explained everything to me in such basic terms that I never wondered what was going on or happened. I received copies of everything she did, everything the other side did and she always consulted with me about the next step.

Client Review

This attorney promptly and knowledably handled my case. It was a complex case and her courtroom presentation was outstanding. She really seemed to care. She won my case even after other attorneys had previously told me that I didn't have a chance. She exceeded my expectations.
