I have more than 20 years of experience in a broad range of litigation, including general, commercial and insolvency litigation, E-discovery, mediation, all aspects of Chapter 11 and appeals. I have earned the designation of Certified E-Discovery Specialist from the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists. 

I collaborate with clients to develop effective strategies to successfully and efficiently manage litigation and resolve legal challenges. 

I strive to be efficient and productive. One of my favorite productivity tools is my treadmill desk, pictured below (numerous studies show that walking not only increases productivity, but also enhances problem-solving and creativity).
