I had a few court issues arise do to credit card debit. At first Michael was just a flying in my mail box, But could not be happier that I called him. Everything was cleared up and take care of. With little to no involvement of my own. He is great to deal with either by phone or email. Always very he...lpful, and has no problem answering any questions that I may have. I will surly be calling him again if the need arises.

I received a collection notice and didn't know how to handle it. I talked with Mr. Tierney about my situation, and he gave me the information of what he could do for me. If you've received a mailer from Michael and are here to check his reviews, then let me save you some time. IT'S LEGIT! A little story for you. I had a lawsuit filed against me for credit card debt and tried to work things out with Midland Credit who thought they held all the cards and treated me... worse than dirt once they filed suit. It felt like there was no reasoning with them. I received a mailer just like you may have and took it and my other mail to work with me, on my commute I decided to call Midland Credit and try one last time to negotiate down my debt, they came down about 15% and still planned to file a judgment against me. That’s when I called Michael and within a few minutes of speaking to him I had a strong “gut feeling” this was the attorney for me! I checked all his review pages AND the Florida Bar, and called him back and said I wanted to hire him, but I was supposed to be in court the next day for pre-trial with a judge and everything vs. Midland Credit. Michael told me his fee and of course, I couldn’t pay right then and there but I could the next day, the day of court. Michael said NO PROBLEM, call me with payment anytime after 7 am and he will take care of the rest. And he did! Everything went exactly how he said it would, like he could see the future or maybe he’s just that good! There are few things I’ve ever paid for where there wasn’t ANY remorse after, and this is one of those times. Thank you, Michael!
