I had a lawsuit filed against me for credit card debt and tried to work things out with Midland Credit who thought they held all the cards and treated me... worse than dirt once they filed suit. It felt like there was no reasoning with them. I received a mailer just like you may have and took it and my other mail to work with me, on my commute I decided to call Midland Credit and try one last time to negotiate down my debt, they came down about 15% and still planned to file a judgment against me. That’s when I called Michael and within a few minutes of speaking to him I had a strong “gut feeling” this was the attorney for me!
