I had a lawsuit filed against me for credit card debt and tried to work things out with Midland Credit who thought they held all the cards and treated me... worse than dirt once they filed suit. It felt like there was no reasoning with them. I received a mailer just like you may have and took it and my other mail to work with me, on my commute I decided to call Midland Credit and try one last time to negotiate down my debt, they came down about 15% and still planned to file a judgment against me. That’s when I called Michael and within a few minutes of speaking to him I had a strong “gut feeling” this was the attorney for me! I checked all his review pages AND the Florida Bar, and called him back and said I wanted to hire him, but I was supposed to be in court the next day for pre-trial with a judge and everything vs. Midland Credit. Michael told me his fee and of course, I couldn’t pay right then and there but I could the next day, the day of court. Michael said NO PROBLEM, call me with payment anytime after 7 am and he will take care of the rest. And he did! Everything went exactly how he said it would, like he could see the future or maybe he’s just that good! There are few things I’ve ever paid for where there wasn’t ANY remorse after, and this is one of those times. Thank you, Michael!

I started receiving notices in the mail from attorneys before I was even served, and this one stood out to me for some reason. I trusted my gut, called him, and he said he would be able to get my case dropped. He did just that, and in less than two weeks the whole thing was over. His fee was very ...reasonable, and I would definitely use him again. Trust him, you won't regret it.

Midland was in process of suing me. I first called a local nearby lawyer but he suggested bankruptcy from the start. I did a google search and came up with Micheal. He told me he could wipe out the debt and clear it off my credit report. Within a couple of weeks the case was dismissed without steppin...g into a court. A few weeks later the debt was off my credit report. His fees were reasonable and he was very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend him and use him again.
