Michael Tierney was what I was hoping for when I decided to get a lawyer for a case involving an old credit debt. From my initial call I felt confident that he was the right person after few other lawyer offices that I called prior. If you've received a mailer from Michael and are here to check his reviews, then let me save you some time. IT'S LEGIT! A little story for you. I had a lawsuit filed against me for credit card debt and tried to work things out with Midland Credit who thought they held all the cards and treated me... worse than dirt once they filed suit. It felt like there was no reasoning with them. I received a mailer just like you may have and took it and my other mail to work with me, on my commute I decided to call Midland Credit and try one last time to negotiate down my debt, they came down about 15% and still planned to file a judgment against me. That’s when I called Michael and within a few minutes of speaking to him I had a strong “gut feeling” this was the attorney for me! I checked all his review pages AND the Florida Bar, and called him back and said I wanted to hire him, but I was supposed to be in court the next day for pre-trial with a judge and everything vs. Midland Credit. Michael told me his fee and of course, I couldn’t pay right then and there but I could the next day, the day of court. Michael said NO PROBLEM, call me with payment anytime after 7 am and he will take care of the rest. And he did! Everything went exactly how he said it would, like he could see the future or maybe he’s just that good! There are few things I’ve ever paid for where there wasn’t ANY remorse after, and this is one of those times. Thank you, Michael!

I received a letter from Michael that a lawsuit had been filed against me for an old credit card debt. I was so nervous about what was going to happen.
