Michael Tierney

I contacted Mr Tierney's office regarding a law suit that had been filed against me by a collection agency. His assistant spoke to me with compassion and respect and assured me that although there was no guarantee, that he was fairly certain they could get my case dismissed and the debt forgiven. We...ll, one week later that's exactly what happened. I received notification from their office that the case was dismissed without prejudice and that the debt would also be removed from my credit within 60 days. The company suing me also agreed to pay all of Mr. Tierney's fees so all of this came at no cost to me. I couldn't be happier!!

I actually never spoke to mr. Tierney, but his office staff answered every crazy question i could come up with. I was extremely skeptical at first, but they put me at ease. I had a $1600.00 debt, and was served papers from the collection company. I was being sued and a court date was set. With only o...ne phone call, and a few easy questions, within just a few days, i was called back with the news that the case was dropped. Thanks to mr. Tierney, i no longer owe ANY money to the collections comany, and did not have to go to court. The best part of it all was i paid NOT ONE CENT to anyone, including michael tierney, There were no fees at all.
