When I received the notice from my local court to attend my mediation, I thought that I had no recourse but to do just that. Mr. Tierney and his staff made it so easy to have this lawsuit dismissed! As everyone has stated in the reviews I'll have to say I'm HIGHLY PLEASED with the service that was rendered on my behalf with a lawsuit.
