Credit Card Suit Dismissed
The Tierney firm was fantastic with their help solving my problem. I was skeptical about not having to pay for their service but in the end they were paid by the company filing suit against me. My case was dismissed with prejudice. I highly recommend this firm.

Far exceeded my expectations
I hired Mr. Tierney to defend me in my credit card lawsuit, and I couldn't be happier with the results. My case didn't have to go to court, was completely dismissed with prejudice, and everything is to be removed from my credit report. Can't ask for more than that! All of his staff were great to work...
