I received a letter from Michael Tierney because I was being sued by a debt collector. They contacted me before I even received my court summons. I had no idea what was going on and was very skeptical on whether or not to hire a lawyer. After much consideration, I called Tierney's office and spoke... to the legal assistant, Marnae, who was very polite, considerate, knowledgeable, and helped me to fully understand the situation. Marnae was able to politely answer all my questions, no matter how crazy or how many times I asked, which ultimately assisted in my decision making, to hire Michael. I contacted Mr Tierney's office regarding a law suit that had been filed against me by a collection agency. His assistant spoke to me with compassion and respect and assured me that although there was no guarantee, that he was fairly certain they could get my case dismissed and the debt forgiven. We...ll, one week later that's exactly what happened. I received notification from their office that the case was dismissed without prejudice and that the debt would also be removed from my credit within 60 days. The company suing me also agreed to pay all of Mr. Tierney's fees so all of this came at no cost to me. I couldn't be happier!!

I I called mainly because it was a free consultation. I spoke to Laura who went above and beyond to inform me about my situation. My case didn't qualify for the free representation but to fee of $495 was well worth it! I was bring sued for about $4200 and my case was dismissed and the debt waived.
