I had a lawsuit filed against me for credit card debt and tried to work things out with Midland Credit who thought they held all the cards and treated me... worse than dirt once they filed suit. It felt like there was no reasoning with them. I received a mailer just like you may have and took it and my other mail to work with me, on my commute I decided to call Midland Credit and try one last time to negotiate down my debt, they came down about 15% and still planned to file a judgment against me. That’s when I called Michael and within a few minutes of speaking to him I had a strong “gut feeling” this was the attorney for me! I checked all his review pages AND the Florida Bar, and called him back and said I wanted to hire him, but I was supposed to be in court the next day for pre-trial with a judge and everything vs. Midland Credit. Michael told me his fee and of course, I couldn’t pay right then and there but I could the next day, the day of court. Michael said NO PROBLEM, call me with payment anytime after 7 am and he will take care of the rest. And he did! Everything went exactly how he said it would, like he could see the future or maybe he’s just that good! There are few things I’ve ever paid for where there wasn’t ANY remorse after, and this is one of those times. Thank you, Michael!

I hired Attorney Tierney on 2/23/2021 and this debt was resolved by April 6th -1.5 weeks prior to the court date. I am very happy I didn't have to do this alone. Attorney Tierney knows the law. I had some bad credit debt that was turned over to a debt collector. I contacted Michael and he assured me could settle my debt with the debt collector for almost half what I owed and have it removed from my credit history. Well he delivered on his word! Other than sending him the info concerning my ...debt...that is all I had to do and he took care of the rest.
