I reached to Mr.Tierney due that I received a letter from him to adviced me that was been suit by Midland funding . I was not aware of anything . I called office a friday evening and left message and my called was return monday morning very fast . but I was so nervous that I left email message and it... was reply the same day . Very fast response felt really relieved after searching for help. Mr . Tierney staff are amazing people that care and help and answer all your questions and concerns . He took my case and i was explain that I didnt have to paid anything . He represent me for Free . I am so happy today I was informed that my case was dismissed. I received a flyer from this office very early this year, and that is how I found out I was being sued by Midland Funding. After researching and reviewing the website, I thought it sounded too good to be true. I called anyway, and within DAYS of being served, the case was dropped. And, again, in ...October, Midland filed yet another claim against me. I was almost immediately served. The day AFTER I faxed the paperwork to Michael Tierney's office, the case was again dropped. The staff is very professional and helpful and quick to answer any questions I have. I would definitely recommend this legal team!

I was panicked when sued by Midland Funding in civil court for a credit card debt that was bought by them. Of course I did not believe it. The letter stated that he will dismiss the case and back charge the plaintiff for his service. After some thoughts I called his office and was assured it was true. I agreed and received some documents that were signed online. Two weeks later I received a confirmation that the case was indeed dismissed. On the date originally assigned by the Court I went over to check the court agenda anyways and verified my name was not there, however Midland had more than 30 cases that day.
