I received a flyer from this office very early this year, and that is how I found out I was being sued by Midland Funding. After researching and reviewing the website, I thought it sounded too good to be true. I called anyway, and within DAYS of being served, the case was dropped. And, again, in ...October, Midland filed yet another claim against me. I was almost immediately served. The day AFTER I faxed the paperwork to Michael Tierney's office, the case was again dropped. The staff is very professional and helpful and quick to answer any questions I have. I would definitely recommend this legal team!

I had been going on the advice of family members and said "a phone call can't hurt" and so I called to see if by chance you could take the case and when I was told I would be receiving a doc-u-sign email that was for the retainin...g agreement and responding to the court, at least I would get my response in before the due date and "so goes the rest of the story". So a phone call didn't seem to hurt a bit.
