Received add from Michael Tierney's firm after Midland filed suit against us. We signed retainer agreement on Sunday, he filed Notice on Monday, and got Dismissal with Prejudice on Thursday of the same week ! The office was quick to respond to our email questions. Rare to find this kind of 5 STAR... service in this day and age. Highly recommend Michael Tierney's firm !

I was very nervous when I received the summons to appear in court due to Midland Funding suing me. I began to receive quite a few solicitation letters from different law groups. I contacted Tierney's office and the young lady, Meetu who answered the phone, explained the process and how no fees are ...to be paid out of pocket by me regardless of the outcome of case. I was a little hesitant to believe I didn't have to pay as it sounded too good. She sent me the retainer agreement which outlined exactly what I was told. I was please the documents I received were written in a matter I could understand as I did not attend law school.
