I had an issue where Midland Credit was coming after me for a debt I simply couldn't afford to pay. They called me constantly, sent me letters constantly, and finally decided to sue me for the debt. Anytime I spoke to him or emailed him with questions he would reply promptly. In the end, he was able to get my case dismissed as he said he could, and I am no longer responsible for the debt.
