Had a court summons delivered from a creditor say that I’m being sued by a creditor and had to go to court. The date was like a week away. Got in touch with Mr Teirney he went to work on my case and not even 2 weeks later my case was dismissed and I owed nothing to the creditor and didn’t have to go ...to court either. Did an excellent job. Definitely would use again if I ever need too.

I came across Attorney Tierney as an employee of a debt collection firm years ago. His name was mentioned regularly as one we would not dare go against. I was a low level employee but the name stuck. Sure enough karma struck me after a divorce and I found myself in need of his services on not one but... two separate court cases from collection agencies. He was outstanding. Did as he claimed was possible with proper representation in place for my cases and came through each time. My credit and my wallet are both better for have hiring him. When you mail box starts to flood and the process server knocks do no hesitate to use him. Just do it. I live across the State and got everything done over email and a single phone call.

I hope we have more lawyers like Atty. Michael Tierney. I called him and told him my case number, took my case against a credit card company and had it over and done without me doing anything but sign the paper works. I did not even have to pay a penny to the credit card company or collection agency.... I will always be grateful! Thank you so much! God Bless you!

LVNV (for Capital One) filed a claim against me for 11.5k for a 9k debt. Mr. Tierney got the debt removed for a fraction of that amount. He was professional, spent time answering all my questions, was available to patiently answer questions while waiting to see the debt settled, and delivered exact...ly what he was hired to do. ABSOLUTELY recommended!!!

Contacted Michael about my upcoming debt case. He took me straightaway reassured me I did not have to serve the summons and got my case dismissed. Now have worry no more and not going to court!
