Ms. Mercado represented me for a criminal case. She is absolutely NOT an attorney to represent a criminal case, though she advertises these services. Not only did she have no backbone to fight for my defense, but she stood by silently at the plea table while I was left to discuss my case with the sta...te's attorney and try to resolve the matter on my own. The money I spent on hiring her was wasted, and I am paying for her complete lack of ability and experience in criminal defense.
