Looks like a few of us have had similar experiences with Mary. My ex-husband filed a motion against me in November 2021. Mary never informed me of the motion nor planned for the hearing, until two days before the court date, February 2023. Mary had over a year to communicate with me and plan for c...ourt. Mary's lack of communication and action cost me thousands of dollars. I'm now pro se and will probably not be able to recover any of my losses. I'm not a wealthy person. Putting my faith and trust in Mary, really put me at a financial loss and struggle.

Hired her in July 2020 for a divorce case. Husband did not have an attorney until September. Nothing was done with my case until Husbands attorney started making moves. Mary is always really busy in mediation or hearings. She texts a lot and emails but I think it was done more to just give me a piece... of mind because truly nothing was really getting done. My soon to be xhusband would tell me our divorce is delayed because his attorney was always waiting on Mary to send her stuff. My FA was done incorrectly and this was confirmed by my new attorney. I had to fire her after paying her over $3,000 and spend more money to hire a new attorney, now my new attorney tells me he requested some stuff from her and she send over some stuff but not really anything relevant to the case and definitely not what he requested. I wasn't going to write a review but after my attorney said that to me yesterday, I think its only fair for people to read this. For the holidays I ended up in the street without my kids and not being able to go back home. Mart offered things that could have been done to get my husband out the house after he moved back in but nothing was done. I was left homeless with no money and she believes she worked so hard on my case because she says she has many back and forths conversations that were never truly about work she was handling on my case. Which is why we talked so much to begin with. I tried to go affordable and I paid a higher price for it. That's all I have to say. This was noticed by other attorneys, so its not just me. We all have hard times to deal with but we pay a lot of money we sometimes don't even have, its not fair to mix personal with work. I had referred my best friend to Mary and even my best friend felt it wasn't just me thinking something wasn't right. Wish her the best but for me, my case and the people involved she just wasn't a good fit.

I contacted Ms Morelly regarding 2 debt collection cases that I was involved in. She willingly offered me up a large amount of advice for free. I was shocked and very thankful to her for that. In the end, I did decide to hire her for both cases. She won both cases for me and was very easy to deal wit...h and her fees were more than fair. I would absolutely use her again for any legal problems I may have in the future that she is qualified to handle.
