Experience in a High-Stakes Family Court Case

I retained Brad Sherman for a high-conflict family court matter expecting active advocacy, strategic guidance, and clear communication. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Throughout the case, I found myself handling much of the substantive preparation that I expected counsel to manage, inc...luding organizing evidence and assisting with filings. Rather than being guided through a complex legal process, I often felt I was carrying the backbone of the case on my own. Two weeks prior to a scheduled hearing, with trial already set for November, Mr. Sherman withdrew from representation and effectively walked away from the case. The stated reason for withdrawal was a medical procedure; however, no effort was made to seek a continuance or otherwise protect my position during his recovery. This occurred in the middle of an emotionally charged and procedurally complex matter, leaving me without meaningful support at a critical time. Communication throughout the representation was difficult, explanations were lacking, and interactions often lacked the guidance and professionalism I expected from counsel in a matter of this nature. I am not an attorney, and I did not feel I was provided the diligence or clarity necessary to understand or navigate the legal issues involved. Given the seriousness and lasting impact of family court proceedings, I found this experience deeply disappointing. Based on my experience, I would strongly urge anyone considering Mr. Sherman for complex or high-conflict family law matters to carefully evaluate whether his practice style aligns with the level of advocacy and support they may need.

Damage

Unitl this day - a year and a half after the final judgement - I'm trying to repair the damage and clean up after what this ignorent fk did. The one who suffers the most is my 4 years old son. Bradley Sherman allowed himself to come to court unprepared. Evidence is lost. The damage that was done to m...y Son, to my Family, to myself is impossible to estimate at this time...

Criminal Defense - Thank You!

Attorney Brad Sherman represented me on a Grand Theft case from a previous employer. The case was very complicated, and the outcome turned out to be the best case scenario outcome for my family. He was very sympathetic to all involved and worked hard to find a solution to make things right.

Excellent Divorce Attorney

Our experience with the Sherman Law Firm was great. He keep us well informed of all the events in the case. I call him many times and he and his assistant always were available to answer all our questions. He was very diligent from start to end. I am so thankful we hire him.
