Excellent service, Easy process
I was worried when I got into my accident and needed to hire a lawyer, but I’m glad I went to Mr politis’s office. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and literally took care of everything for me, called me with updates and made the process very easy. I couldn’t have hired a better lawyer, seriously.

Great Lawyer!
Michael is a true professional and genuine nice guy. I was surprised to read a couple other reviews but I am sure if he had a chance to explain the situation it would be these clients that were being unreasonable or just saying something negative because maybe he didn't like their case. I truly believe that our office provides great client service with excellent results, even in the face of difficult circumstances. There are rare cases that don't work out that way, but you can bet the details of the case are the reason they don't end well, not the attorney or the law firm. Even the best firm cannot make a really bad case any better. It is unfortunate that the overwhelming majority of people that post reviews or comments online about any business are those that are upset or angry for some reason. I KNOW our clients are happy, because they tell me so and keep referring their family and friends for legal help. I just wish more of them, like you, would say so online. THANK YOU for your words. It means a lot.

Replied last September 18, 2015Again, without identifying yourself, I cannot respond to your accusations specifically. I am more than willing to meet with you personally to discuss whatever complaints you may have had with the service provided by my office. I find it hard to imagine it would have taken two years to identify a conflict, so I can understand your frustration with that. I audit cases myself to make sure there is a consistent level of communication with staff to make sure they are informed. If that did not happen in your case, I would like to investigate that further and find out why. I am hopeful, that in the end, you got the best result from your case, regardless of who finalized it and when. I welcome the chance to speak with you or have a meeting to help us continue to improve and do the absolute best by our clients.
