He tried to hurt me physically by calling my therapy clinic to block me from treatment. He falsely claimed to have settled my case , which is not true,i clearly rejected the offer because he tried to fraudulently settle it without my permission. I fired him. He didn't even verified the policy limit... and did not tell me about at all before going to negotiate in my back without my permission.

They do not answer emails. They do not take you seriously. They refuse to give you your claim files back. They do not get your evidence and I believe to sabotage their clients and it is highly probable that he is disbarred under Rothstein. You should check it out. as he is involved with many firms a...nd the cases that lose are his side firms that I believe him to categorize rich from poor. He doesn't work for you unless you have money . Otherwise he gets paid to work against his clients I believe. Read his reviews. Research him. There is validity in my statements. Also look at social media as his friends list will show you who hes involved with and that some of his good reviews are from personal party members and friends. I believe him to have several violations and lawsuits against him. He even spoke to my roommate behind my back. When I tried to get another attorney I kept getting referred back to him by several different law firms, the internet would not allow me anyone different. Somehow they are allowing this fraudulence to take place. Please do not hire this guy you'll be sorry you ever did . I'm at the appeals council level and no representation. Thanks for the malpractice.

He's not only batched up my accident case.. he didnt' show for my SS hearing.. Even the judge in JAX was like.."YOU JUST DON'T DO THAT".. on record... now the judge gave me 45 days to find another.. I now feel I have a new enemy instead of someone i can recommend or rely on. Mr. ROTstein is now my f...avorite project. I shall move heaven to make sure this person doesn't do to anyone else what he's done to me.. max g// bunnell
