He tried to hurt me physically by calling my therapy clinic to block me from treatment. He falsely claimed to have settled my case , which is not true,i clearly rejected the offer because he tried to fraudulently settle it without my permission. I fired him. He didn't even verified the policy limit... and did not tell me about at all before going to negotiate in my back without my permission.

I hired Mr. Rotstein about 18 months ago and Him and his team are good people. They always communicate with their clients which many attorneys do not do much anymore. I have 2 cases and Jennifer and Mary are the paralegals working my cases and they have been very informative and extremely helpful. I... highly recommend hiring this firm if you have a case type that they handle. ( which they handle a broad range of case types). To anyone thinking about hiring an attorney , Mr. Rotstein is definitely who you would want.

He's not only batched up my accident case.. he didnt' show for my SS hearing.. Even the judge in JAX was like.."YOU JUST DON'T DO THAT".. on record... now the judge gave me 45 days to find another.. I now feel I have a new enemy instead of someone i can recommend or rely on. Mr. ROTstein is now my f...avorite project.
