He tried to hurt me physically by calling my therapy clinic to block me from treatment. He falsely claimed to have settled my case , which is not true,i clearly rejected the offer because he tried to fraudulently settle it without my permission. I fired him. He didn't even verified the policy limit... and did not tell me about at all before going to negotiate in my back without my permission.

I hired Mr. Rotstein about 18 months ago and Him and his team are good people. They always communicate with their clients which many attorneys do not do much anymore. I have 2 cases and Jennifer and Mary are the paralegals working my cases and they have been very informative and extremely helpful. I... highly recommend hiring this firm if you have a case type that they handle. ( which they handle a broad range of case types). To anyone thinking about hiring an attorney , Mr. Rotstein is definitely who you would want.

Jonathan Rotstein has been retained by me for a workmans comp and wrongful termination suit. Thus far, one month in, every phone call has been returned the same business day by Jonathan himself. My only frustration has been the delay in getting medical attention thru workmans compensation for my... work related injury. Hopefully it will be sooner rather than later. Jonathon handled a couple cases of mine and always did his best and got me what i was entitled to he also did a criminal case which was not the outcome i had hoped for but al in all i can complain he is a great attorney and a great guy shiffman however i do not care for he shows up with no knowledg...e of any cases but maybe on the past 4 years he has gotten better.
