I recently had an occurrence and I thought about using this firm again but after reviewing my outcome with them in 2016 and looking at these latest reviews I think I'm going to stay away. I was pretty much told my case was a slam dunk and it should yield something good. At the mediation I didn't even... get an actual attorney I got to went behind the ears fresh out of school 20 something paralegal that the opposing attorney had no fear of. He made a firm offer and literally walked out of mediation. The mediator said he's never seen anything like this. When we got in touch with Jonathan over the phone in a highly excited animated voice he said he believed that was an excellent offer. After it was said and done I healed it a little over $5,000 for a lifelong injury. I should have ran to Dan Newlin. As far as the remarks towards communication they almost seem upset to answer the phone. I'm going to look elsewhere

I hired Mr. Rotstein about 18 months ago and Him and his team are good people. They always communicate with their clients which many attorneys do not do much anymore. I have 2 cases and Jennifer and Mary are the paralegals working my cases and they have been very informative and extremely helpful. I... highly recommend hiring this firm if you have a case type that they handle. ( which they handle a broad range of case types). To anyone thinking about hiring an attorney , Mr. Rotstein is definitely who you would want.

They do not answer emails. They do not take you seriously. They refuse to give you your claim files back. They do not get your evidence and I believe to sabotage their clients and it is highly probable that he is disbarred under Rothstein. You should check it out. as he is involved with many firms a...nd the cases that lose are his side firms that I believe him to categorize rich from poor. He doesn't work for you unless you have money . Otherwise he gets paid to work against his clients I believe. Read his reviews. Research him. There is validity in my statements. Also look at social media as his friends list will show you who hes involved with and that some of his good reviews are from personal party members and friends. I believe him to have several violations and lawsuits against him. He even spoke to my roommate behind my back. When I tried to get another attorney I kept getting referred back to him by several different law firms, the internet would not allow me anyone different. Somehow they are allowing this fraudulence to take place. Please do not hire this guy you'll be sorry you ever did . I'm at the appeals council level and no representation. Thanks for the malpractice.

Att.Rotstein was able to secure S.S. disability for me. He also fought the insurance company. Over my workmans compensation. I maid several mistakes like returning to work with no use of one hand. The Doctor apparently was on the insurance company side, He stated I had no impairment ,Even with a pl...ate with about 8 nails holding my wrist together. Wance Jonathan depositions the claims agent and Att.from the insurance. They quickly changed and were ready to settle. I got a nice cheek.If I did not settle I feel he would have beat them good in court.I would highly recommend the Law Office of Rotstein & Shiffman.
