Robert Francis Stepniak

Mr. Stepniak, was by far the best Lawyer I have ever dealt with. He was a champion for me during a very difficult divorce this past year. He has a very informed and kind staff who worked with me among this whole process. I can not say enough kind things for this man and beyond happy with the results ...I received.

Unfortunately, my husband and I seperated a couple of years ago. We couldn't come to an agreement with who had the kids and when, so we had to go to court. This was the first time I have ever had to go through the legal system for my children. I initially thought the lawyer who charged the most, ha...d to be the best. I only scheduled one consultation and that's where the previous attorney got me. I had such a terrible experience with him. He made me feel like I had to settle for what HE thought was in the "best interest of" my children and I, rather than even attempting to discuss what my opinion was. My ex and I ended up with a Time Sharing Plan that neither of us were exactly happy with. So eventually I decided to go for a modification. Once I had my consultation with Mr. Stepniak, I had a gut feeling he was the lawyer who I should have had since the beginning of my case because I got a vibe from him that he is a truly caring, understanding, realistic, kind hearted person. And he really is. And not only is he a great person, but he worked hard for me to get everything I wanted out of the modification! I highly recommend Mr. Robert Stepniak as an Attorney!!!!!

This guy is one reason why lawyers have such a bad reputation. I hired Mr Stepniak in January 2009 for child support modification. After 19 months, he has accomplished absolutely nothing! Robert will NOT fight for your rights as his website implies... His excuse? the opposing attorney will not agree ...to our proposals... Go figure! what about the law? what about taking it to court? Forget it! Robert is even afraid of requesting a mediation hearing. Unless your opponent will fold immediately with a phone call, you can kiss your money goodbye if you hire this lawyer. For me that is $4000 gone. Now he won't even return my phone calls for the last couple months. 4 or 5 attempts per week for over 3 months and he has never been available or returned my call. What is he doing now? Hiding in a corner afraid of his own shadow?? Or is he out screwing over his next victim... Don't let it be you!! PS He talks a good game, but once he has your money.....

I've used Robert Stepniak for my divorce and I've used another Personal Injury attorney for my car acident and I've also got a tax attorney. Attorneys do not come to the phone for every little problem. That's why they have a staff. If your attorney had to talk to you on the phone, every time for ev...ery client, how would they possibly get any work done for you? And most attorneys charge by the hour for every phone call, every letter, every move they make. Not only did Robert Stepniak handle my divorce quickly but I paid him a flat fee, a whole less than I did to any other attorney.
