My mother worked with Robert Stepniak on her divorce, and the results were impressive. As soon as my check was cashed it was impossible to get a hold of him. I hired him for a family law matter which seemed like it should have been resolved quickly. But Bob refused to return calls and his staff would run interference for him. He never responded to email. And if you did talk to him he w...ould dance around and never actually answer a question. I ended up leaving him in frustration and hiring competent counsel. Unfortunately, one document he craftily worded was his fee agreement/retainer - so now I am out all that money. Stay away from this guy if you want results. There are far better lawyers in the area - do your research - do not hire this guy.
