I am currently working with the Stepniak team on my divorce and while I had some frustration early on, I have found that much had to do with my soon to be ex defiance with the divorce process in spite of herself being the initiating party. Bob and his team went into quick action after affording the n...eeded time for her, and since then have been on point at every turn. I am confident that based on their actions, strategy, and professionalism, that I indeed selected the right team for my case.

can not say enough about how wonderful Bob and Jill are. From the first call I knew he was the lawyer for me. They felt like my aunt and uncle. They really care. I was going through a horrible order of protection and Jill emailed me everyday to make sure I was OK. They both met with me several times... and helped me think straight. They know the law and know what needs to be done. Their prices are fair. If I ever need help with anything law related they will be the only ones I call. If you want quick results call them. You will be so glad you did!

This guy is one reason why lawyers have such a bad reputation. I hired Mr Stepniak in January 2009 for child support modification. After 19 months, he has accomplished absolutely nothing! Robert will NOT fight for your rights as his website implies... His excuse? the opposing attorney will not agree ...to our proposals... Go figure! what about the law? what about taking it to court? Forget it! Robert is even afraid of requesting a mediation hearing. Unless your opponent will fold immediately with a phone call, you can kiss your money goodbye if you hire this lawyer. For me that is $4000 gone. Now he won't even return my phone calls for the last couple months. 4 or 5 attempts per week for over 3 months and he has never been available or returned my call. What is he doing now? Hiding in a corner afraid of his own shadow?? Or is he out screwing over his next victim... Don't let it be you!! PS He talks a good game, but once he has your money.....

As soon as my check was cashed it was impossible to get a hold of him. I hired him for a family law matter which seemed like it should have been resolved quickly. But Bob refused to return calls and his staff would run interference for him. He never responded to email. And if you did talk to him he w...ould dance around and never actually answer a question. I ended up leaving him in frustration and hiring competent counsel. Unfortunately, one document he craftily worded was his fee agreement/retainer - so now I am out all that money. Stay away from this guy if you want results. There are far better lawyers in the area - do your research - do not hire this guy.
