0 Star ⭐️ (Be aware, do not hire this law firm ) This law firm took $2,700 from me and failed to provide any meaningful legal services in return. After accepting my payment, they delayed communication for weeks, You can’t get a hold of them. and it took nearly two months before I was able to speak wi...th an attorney—by that point, absolutely no work had been done on my case. They did not file any paperwork, did not follow through on any of my requests, and provided no real legal assistance. Instead, I was left to handle my own paperwork without guidance, which completely defeats the purpose of hiring legal representation. When I requested a refund due to their complete lack of service, they refused to return my money. Holding a client’s funds while providing no work or progress is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about their business practices. In addition, the staff was extremely unprofessional. The paralegal I interacted with was consistently rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. At no point did I feel like a valued client. This experience was not only frustrating but financially damaging. I strongly urge others to avoid this firm and consider reporting similar experiences to the appropriate regulatory authorities.
