Was very impressed with the handling of this case. After reviewing the details, Mr. Stepniak said it would be thrown out. What I appreciate most is how he explained the specifics to us, in laymen's terms to reassure how he would get my sister's case dismissed. Unfortunately, my husband and I seperated a couple of years ago. We couldn't come to an agreement with who had the kids and when, so we had to go to court.
