I've been working on this review for awhile, trying to find the right words and best way to express how grateful I am, and how incredible Jeff and his team are. My custody case was my ex trying to move out of state and take the kids away. In a very real way, I put my (and my kids') lives in his hands.... He is absolutely, without doubt, the attorney you want when this horrible scenario becomes your reality. I strongly recommend Jeff Klein. I've retained him twice, in back-to-back custody issues. The most recent was to fight/oppose the out-of-state relocation which ended with a 2 day Trial, that we won. Not only is he an amazing attorney with the experience and intellect to understand the nuances of the courtroom, opposing counsel, the law, and get a good read on the situation and how to navigate it, but he is a decent human being. Jeff, and his legal team, genuinely cared about my case and took it to heart. Jeff and his team worked relentlessly on my case as it quickly spiraled into a very complex, high conflict custody battle. Jeff deftly maneuvered and had a solid legal strategy to win. He is very quick. He was excellent in catching on to things at Trial that opposing counsel was doing and was able to get objections in that greatly benefited my case. A true professional with intellect, humanity, and who won't stoop to get caught up in opposing counsel's games. Jeff and his team handled opposing counsel like true professionals. Always a prompt response. Never felt rushed or brushed aside. Quality of work was amazing. Legal strategy was judicious and sound. He gave good counsel throughout the entire case. He will fight for you!

So I called attorney Jeffrey Klein‘s office I spoke to Danielle I have spoken to Danielle several times very empathetic person listen to all I had to say not once did she say well this is what it cost to even consult with attorney Klein she never mentioned that she asked questions and listen to me an...d was empathetic of my feelings and then I had a consult with attorney Klein and never once mentioned a retainer fee which is what I’ve been getting previously with attorneys very short actually some asking me can you pay this but all I got from attorney Klein‘s office was questions and listening to my case I got off the phone with so much promise and ironically my daughter I told her who I talk to you and she said oh no mom I talk to Mis Klein about her fiancé‘s child custody case and she said that she was amazing so it’s like a godsend we chose the same lawyer I don’t know what the outcome is going to be but I feel that it’s going to be in my best interest and they will truly care and help me of course I will keep my reviews going on the outcome but I feel blessed by calling their office

The Klein law firm is an exceptionally knowledgeable, fair and experienced group. They acted promptly and professionally in handling my unusual house closing situation. I became a client of Mr. Klein when faced with the uncertainties of pending foreclosure. At the time I met Mr. Klein, the bank had not actually foreclosed. But, I feel it important to share this as it's a reflection of the type of relation that his office and legal minds forged with me. He held numer...ous consultations with me, spelling out what I need to be on the look out for and when the actual defense would start. All of this was done freely and done patiently as this was a process I had never dreamed of having to go through. Each time, I got any notification from the bank, he sat down with me to reassure me that plenty of time was still left on my "clock" and what my options were. No charge. I did not expect that. In fact, at least on two occasions, I offered to pay and each time I was told to put my wallet away. I do not believe that any other law firm would be so generous of their time and advice. Finally, the day did arrive when the bank foreclosed. Just to make sure that I was not just going to engage the only attorney I had spoken with, I chose to visit several others to compare. None came even close to his, and his office's, demeanor (calm and engendering confidence in the process), knowledge and experience with foreclosure defense. I finally, and formally, engaged him and his law firm to keep me in the home as long as was legally possible. To that end, Attny. Klein did a wonderful job of representing me and my best interests. So, much so that we stayed on for a full 2+ years in the home as he drove the defense to the very end. At each step, his office kept informed by emails and was available in person (at the grocery store or at his office) to keep me from losing it. All things must come to an end and in the end we did run out of all available options and the bank took the home. But, we left knowing that my attorney left nothing out and left nothing to be desired. Foreclosure is a legal process but the emotional effects can be painful. Knowing you have a seasoned team behind you, is very comforting and let us go about our lives as the legal battle waged on. The law offices of Attorney Klein are not limited solely in the practice of real estate law (foreclosure defense, etc.) but other related matters of law. So, if ever my family or friends need any legal assistance and/or advice, his is the firm I'd direct them to.
