Son of the decedent filed a caveat to father's last will and testament allegi ... ng lack of testamentary capacity, undue influence, to set aside a deed of gift and to set aside certain beneficiary designations and contracts. The probate judge held in favor of my client admitted the will to probate. The son appealed the probate verdict to the Superior Court. A trial lasting one half days was held in Mitchell County, Georgia.
