I offer dependable and cost effective legal services. I am licensed and proudly serve and counsel clients, CPA’s, fellow attorneys and other financial professionals in Georgia and Florida. I am dedicated to providing experienced, knowledgeable, timely and professional services to you.
I have more than 18 years practicing in estate planning (wills and trusts), elder law (advanced health care directives, special needs trusts, guardianship/conservatorship, long-term planning and Medicaid, Medicare planning), probate (estate administration and distribution) and business planning (choice of entities, buy-sell and cross-purchase agreements and business succession planning).
I know the family tribulations and legal issues that may arise at the time a loved one becomes incapacitated, at the time of death or during the termination of a business.

Awesome Attorney
Dale has now helped my grandparents, parents, aunt and uncle. He has helped some members of my family obtain VA benefits very quickly. I don't know how he could be rated so low on here. I would give 6 stars out of 5.

Estate Advisor
Mr. Davidson is an excellent tax planning attorney. He stays up to date on all the strategies of estate planning. He makes sure the clients executes the plans drawn and begins to operate within the guidelines described.
"I endorse this lawyer. I have known Dale for over 20 years, and find him to be the expert in Elder Law, VA benefits and Estate Planning. I also practice in these areas, but often rely upon Dale for guidance in complex long-term care matters. I highly recommend him."
"I endorse this lawyer. Mr. Davidson is an excellent attorney, displaying exceptional knowledge and the upmost in professionalism. I would highly recommend Mr. Davidson for any tax or estate planning work."

This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority in 2014.
Admonishment issued in FL, 2014
updated on 10/29/2015An admonition means an attorney did something wrong but may still practice law. The Bar gives the lawyer an admonition in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.
“The reprimand was not related to a client - my attorney actually asked the Bar for an opinion under the self reporting requirements and they issued a reprimand to for both of us for filing a case in the wrong venue, not dishonesty. It was not about a client, fees, or a grievance. The opinion states that I did not mislead anyone, just that it “lacks candor” to the Court since there are specific rules on venue.”
