Biography
Larry Fouché concentrates his practice in the areas of criminal defense, DUI cases and traffic tickets. Mr. Fouché represents clients in all aspects of criminal law. A member of the State Bar of Georgia since 2001, Mr. Fouché is a member of the Criminal Law section and Workers' Compensation section and Insurance Law section. He is admitted to practice in the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, United States District Court for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Georgia, Georgia Supreme Court, Georgia Court of Appeals, Superior and State Courts of Georgia. Mr. Fouché received a B.A. from the University of South Carolina (1998) and a J.D. from Mercer University's Walter F. George School of Law (2001). Mr. Fouché is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Macon Bar Association, Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the National College for DUI Defense. Mr. Fouché is a member of the 2006 Leadership Macon class. He volunteers his time with various local associations within the Macon community.

BE AWARE
Probably one of the worst lawyers in America honestly. He is very rude , combative an non responsive. You will be better off with a public defender! Even if he was free I wouldn’t hire him . He really is on your side
I was in a lot of trouble and had no idea what to do. Mr. Fouche helped me through all of my case and never gave up. That is why I am free and not locked up in some prison cell.

Replied last November 4, 2017In almost all cases a letter is sent outlining the work to be completed for the client. We strive to meet our client's expectations everyday. Timeliness is always important in any matter. When work cannot be completed as expected, we inform the client of the issue and work toward completing the work as soon as possible. Since the review is "anonymous", we cannot respond to the client in a proper manner as we cannot determine which specific case is referenced. Whoever posted the review, we are sorry you had a bad experience with our firm.
