Biography
The majority of my law practice is devoted to representing individuals injured in work-related accidents, trucking accidents, automobile accidents, and slip/fall or trip/fall accidents. I also devote a portion of my practice to representing clients whose claims for long-term disability benefits have been wrongfully denied or terminated.
I offer free consultations to prospective clients. Additionally, I take all workers' compensation, personal injury, and long-term disability cases on a contingent fee basis, meaning no attorney's fees are charged to the client until after a recovery is made on that client's behalf.
