As ...I received medical treatment, they assured me that my cases were being handled every step of the way. His paralegal, Mariah Cohen, was my main point of contact and she was awesome! She always provided excellent customer service, answered any questions I had at any time throughout the process, never steered me wrong and always respected my decisions. Even when I had a question just a couple of days before Christmas, David and his team got right back to me with the information I needed. For a not so fun time in my life, they made handling it all a great experience. If I ever need a personal injury lawyer again, I would without a doubt give them a call.

My husband and I hired David Dorer to sue a home inspector in Young Harris, Georgia. This was back in February, 2014. At first, he seemed enthusiastic about our case and chances of winning. Then, he slowly lost interest and allowed our case to Die a Bad Death. He did not file the suit until late ...December, 2014. Then, he filed it in the wrong court. It was not until April, 2015 that we learned of this incorrect filing. He had to re-file in the correct court. That took alot of time. Now the lawyer for the home inspector claimed the statute of limitations had run out. Also that the home inspector had no insurance and no money. David Dorer began to become rude to us and talked down to us. Several times he wanted Off the Case. I guess there was no payout here. I tried, at my own expense to find out what assets this inspector had or did not have. We believe that Mr. Dorer lost interest in the case and treated it like a "Dead Fish File." so to speak. I did keep in contact with him, but he seemed increasingly annoyed at any attempt at communication. Anyway, we are now at 2017. We moved to Maine and never heard from Dorer. Then I get an e-mail from him saying that The Court in Towns County Georgia, dismissed our case due to lack of prosecution. He mailed back my file. Good thing it was on contingency. We already had one bad lawyer ruin this case, then we found David Dorer and had hope. Such hope also went sour. I know when Mr. Dorer reads this negative, but truthful review, he will object. However, he neglected our case to its final death. The result is that the home inspector got away with his negligence and we got a raw deal. I see there are all but 1 glowing reports on David Dorer. I wish we could give him a great review, but the facts speak for themselves. I let this go for awhile, but the time has come to speak of our experience, which was clearly negative. I cannot say enough good things about David. He took my case on very short notice, gave it all the attention it needed, and was always very nice and courteous to me. He took his time explaining to me the very difficult to understand legal system in a way that I could understand.
