Quality Customer Service and a Lawyer You Can Trust

I never thought I’d have the need for a personal injury lawyer, but due to two weird and random car accidents that happened to me in a span of 16 months, the need arose and I chose Dozier Law Firm. Attorney David Dorer and his team were extremely caring and helpful from the very first phone call. As ...I received medical treatment, they assured me that my cases were being handled every step of the way. His paralegal, Mariah Cohen, was my main point of contact and she was awesome! She always provided excellent customer service, answered any questions I had at any time throughout the process, never steered me wrong and always respected my decisions. Even when I had a question just a couple of days before Christmas, David and his team got right back to me with the information I needed. For a not so fun time in my life, they made handling it all a great experience. If I ever need a personal injury lawyer again, I would without a doubt give them a call.

Highly Satisfied Dozier Law-firm Client!

This was the BEST situation that ever happens to me finding Mr. Dorer. My car accident was a tragedy and I didn’t know what I was going to do until I Dozier Law-firm. They always answered my questions and calls and helped me get through this process the smoothest way possible! They helped turn an ugl...y situation way better! Don’t know where I’d be without them! Thanks to Mariah for giving me updates on my case no matter how many times I asked and assuring me everything was gonna work out. Can’t thank David Dorer and his whole team enough!

David Dorer is a great Attorney

He represented me in a case where I was hit by a drunk driver. They tried to fault me for the accident, NO WAY!! David proved everything I explained to him that happened and we won the case! Thanks again David Dorer!!

Easy and Stress Free Experience

David Dorer did a great job representing me when I was in a car accident and had trouble getting insurance to pay for the damages. I couldn't find another attorney that would even return my calls because my case was considered so small. Not only did he return my calls, but he was able to get insuranc...e to fix my car within a week and a settlement to cover my injuries. It was such a stressful experience until he stepped in. With his help, I finally got results and was so much less stressed out. He's also easily accessible by text which was very convenient for me.

Worst experience ever with an attorney

I don't know who the rest of these people reviewed, but I can assure you I have not had a positive experience with Mr. Dorer. He is rude, arrogant, talks down to me when I dare to call and ask him about my case, and I literally have to go in the office and ask for copies of anything he has done on m...y behalf which has been very little. A simple automobile accident that was the other party's fault has been going on now for an unreasonable amount of time. Now he tells me that it will be a long time before it is settled. I am so tempted to walk into their office and ask if another attorney in that firm can handle my case, but I am afraid it will slow down the process even more than the snail's pace it has already proceeded at over the span of time. I would NEVER hire him again.

It's hard to know if this is actually a client because no name is given, but if it is a client, all of my clients have my personal cell phone number in the event that an emergency occurs and they need an attorney right away. The tone of this critique seems to ignore a common concern I address with clients daily, which is the fact that the civil justice system is not notorious for her swiftness. A lawsuit takes time, and a lawsuit done right takes a lot of time. I understand that many clients want immediate results, but unfortunately, in cases where liability is disputed (or where the other party lies about how the accident occurred), we have to follow the rules of civil procedure to prove that party wrong and to get people compensated justly. Many clients who didn't suffer broken bones or a life threatening injury feel that their case should be resolved more quickly because it wasn't a serious wreck, when the fact is that the situation is reversed. Where a death or serious injury occurs, the insurance company is under serious threats of paying more than the policy limits if they don't settle quickly. However, if only connective tissue or soft tissue is injured, insurance companies know that sometimes jurors don't believe whiplash victims and sometimes they win at trial. It sounds to me like you're upset at me regardless. I encourage you to call me on my cell phone and discuss. 478-227-3879. If I'm not the right lawyer for you, I'll step aside, but my track record of success for my clients shows that staying my course more often than not leads to substantial compensation. Rushing a soup spoils the sauce, so to speak. I'm sorry you're unhappy, and would love to make it right.
