For more than 30 years, he has obtained successful outcomes at trial, at one point winning several federal cases in a row. Mr. Hawk had two federal cases dismissed before trial. He also obtained a directed verdict of acquittal in Federal Court merely by cross-examining government witnesses. He also obtained millions of dollars in compensation for his clients in serious personal injury cases.
