Let me first say all attorneys are not made the same. I really didn't think it mattered the attorney you had on your side because the result would be the same until I hire Michael to work my case. My first attorney didn't do anything for 5 years. Yes, 5 years, and the guy kept pushing back my court d...ate with no strategy. Michael had a plan from the beginning and knew my case inside and out. My previous attorney couldn't even remember the details of my case every time we talked. Michael took the time to learn my case and watch every video in detail to use to my advantage. It gets even better! During our first court appearance, Michael used the same strategy that I have watched countless times on T.V., But this time it was real, and my livelihood was on the line. From the second I consulted with Michael I knew that’s who I was going to hire. From the staff at the law firm to Michael himself everyone was an amazing person and true professional. We had a difficult case, as the judgement was on appeal, and had been filed incorrectly by ourselves. Michael showed us what we did wrong, and why the original judgement didn't stay. He was very good in guiding us as to what he needed to prove our case, requesting 3 quotes for rebuilding our garag...e. He also told us point blank that we would not win our case if we couldn't get a contractor to show up. This was so helpful in getting the things our attorney needed to win the case. At the end, though in court he was very very ingenious, and flexible, as our last quote was really cheap, so that the contractor could pay. However, it was equal to legal costs we had spent, with no reimbursement. I had read something that they could be attatched under certain circumstances, and low and behold Michael looked up the law silently on his cell phone, adjusted the amount requested in light of the facts of the case and paperwork, and we were awarded all our legal fees we had spent in trying to get our garage finished and reimbursed for labor paid for. It was a daring dashing try, and Michael did it!! We are so grateful for his honesty and humbleness in trying to get the best deal for his clients.
