Let me first say all attorneys are not made the same. I really didn't think it mattered the attorney you had on your side because the result would be the same until I hire Michael to work my case. My first attorney didn't do anything for 5 years. Yes, 5 years, and the guy kept pushing back my court d...ate with no strategy. Michael had a plan from the beginning and knew my case inside and out. My previous attorney couldn't even remember the details of my case every time we talked. Michael took the time to learn my case and watch every video in detail to use to my advantage. It gets even better! During our first court appearance, Michael used the same strategy that I have watched countless times on T.V., But this time it was real, and my livelihood was on the line. The plan was to discredit the officers that were involved in my case. Michael made these officers look like a joke. He made them look incompetent when doing their job and had no clue what they were looking for. To be honest, based on Michael's questions and their responses, they didn't know what they were doing at the time of the stop. But who would have known all of this without proper planning? You could tell by the officer's face that Michael did his homework and came ready to play hardball. Michael discredits the officers and uses other court cases to defend his point. It felt good having him next to me in the courtroom. I could go on and on about how fantastic Michael was, but I think you got the point. I had two DUI cases that were back to back ( 3 months apart) which Michael was the attorney in Fulton County. Both DUI got dropped, and one was pushed down to reckless. This was the deal we gave the prosecutor, and she took it, knowing she was fighting a losing battle. If you need an attorney who will take your case seriously and put in time and effort, I would highly consider using Michel to defend your case.

Mr. Harty was my attorney through LegalShield and he helped me out with the Airbnb dispute where the city was citing me for having an Airbnb.
