Rich and his assistant, Shona, were wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. Of course one hopes they don't need to ever go through "the process" of involving attorneys, but dealing with insurance companies and hospitals is not an easy task and it quickly becomes overwhelming. After my a...ccident, I was taken to the hospital to be checked out and it was there that it was confirmed that I had a broken thumb. Needing surgery, I thought it would be a relatively straight forward procedure that I would be able to handle myself.
